I drove to the park this afternoon. I know it’s not the smartest thing to do when I’m trying not to think of you as much. I watched the sun go down and all that I could think about was walking through that soccer field with you. The grass was tall, so I walked in front and made sure you had a path. If I remember right, this was the day that I first held your hand. I won’t forget that, or all the other times we had. I wish that I could have them back, I wish so bad. I know that you’re not good with how you feel, but I really hope I’m not the only one that thought that this was real. I told you I loved you. You couldn’t say it back, but said it’s getting there. It’s getting there. I’ll give all that I have to see that through. I don’t care how long it takes, I’ll wait for you.
